Notavelmente, o Switch parece mais uma vez privilegiado com o lançamento do exclusivo Splatoon 3 e do temporariamente exclusivo Return to Monkey Island. Já o público do PlayStation pode esperar pelo remake de The Last of Us Part I para PS5 já no dia 2 de setembro e ficar de olho no sucesso indie Tunic no final do mês.
A oferta multiplataforma é generosa no mês, especialmente para os fãs dos RPGs, representados por The DioField Chronicle, The Legend of Heroes: Trails from Zero e Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous. Uma dose extra de RPGs japoneses encerra o mês para os donos de um PlayStation com Valkyrie Elysium e Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth.
